Unrealiable Snapshot flow?

I got this error, i haven't gotten it before, but it's been happening, for the last couple of days. any idea what it is? It's also been happening too one of my friends, and we have no idea what too do, Any suggestions?

If its happening right when you take a death screenshot, then you'd better stop taking these.

Sometimes it occurs in the middle of combat. I'm not sure why.
