Upcoming Mods?

Well, since most of us are already playing half life 2, and im sure most of us will be beating it soon after we have purchased it; When do you guys think the first mod will be ready for use? And what are your expectations of how good the first few mods will be?

That's what I'm wondering. It really looks good, too, so either they're one of the select few mod teams VALVe had been working with or so they had somehow modeled and planned everything really well before release.

Well The mods im waiting for are Resistance and Liberation- a WW2 mod that focuses on realism. And Insurgency- A modern warfare mod with the same aspects.

There seems to be a trailer on that mechmod site. Im checking it out now

MechMod Alpha 1.0 is for half-life 1, not hl2. they're doing it as a warm up so they can port it all over to hl2 like the rest of us...
