HHD: I Have WD Caviar 120GB SE 8MB Cache IDE atm so I am adding another one, but it will be the SATA model.

Ok Thats what I am looking at,
I know there a new hole for the A64 coming but i don't know when, and i am out of hhd space so safe playing for Post 2 times I want to get it all in one go.

Note: Not 100% that ram works with modo need to look into that unless someone knows.

The GFX is my big talking point the 9800pro is £150, I can sell my 9700pro for about £75 so is the 15% speed bonus Worth £75?? or wait and see if the 9800xt go down in price atm looks a bit costly.

PSU: I can a 450W for £20 but to me it sounds like it could be a problem bit too low cost.

Why would you upgrade from a 9700 pro to a 9800 pro? That's a pretty ... wasteful upgrade. If you're going to upgrade, wait for the lower-end nextgen cards

BTW, simmo, I doubt 9800 pro will drop further than it is -- it's already $200 USD

Its only £150 with vat atm, so I don't see it droping anymore.

9800XT are around £290-340 with Vat they will drop, maybe 20% whould still cost £250.

I know it was just a idea. And as I said the 98xt will still cost around £250 after drop which is a bit much.
