Every new patch makes CS run slower and slower on my machine. If they keep adding player models to complicate things I'll not be able to play soon.My ping is already averaging 300-1999 on most servers without any changes to my machine.

When it came out it was great even with my 11Mb/s USB WAP. I could play every server.

Now I have like 5-6 servers that have <150 ping to choose from.

I don't use my desktop for anything other than CS. I use my laptop for everything else.

It's irritating that I have to run on the absolute lowest graphical settings possible with bad framerates as it is but they have to keep adding shit?

It kinda pisses me off. :/

Well im having no problems, sounds to me like u have problems with ur PC. As long as mine runs fine, bring on the extra content. HDR on everymap, back to 4 models each team, and more maps.

The only problem I have with CS (I get 200ish FPS) but sometimes when I playing I get an illegal operation or w/e so as a result CS closes on me. I don't know why, but it PISSES ME OFF!!!!!

I get that too! Sometimes when I join a server, the screen goes black then some error reporting message shows. Happens in DoD:S too. :frown:

How about you idiots, no I don't use it losely, this has been said over a thousand times on this forum and SP.com forum, learn that modelers DON'T ****ING CODE, THEY MODEL, thus 2 different groups all together. So next time before you say they should fix things before adding new content, remember different cabals for different things. Oh and last week they said 2 new player models in the next MAJOR Counter Strike: Source update, so if you can put that together, its just not going to be only models....

Well im having no problems, sounds to me like u have problems with ur PC.

Well yeah my PCs core is 5 years old. All the added changes are bogging it down.
The PC itself is flawless minus the corroded IE.

read the steam forums as lots of posts about different bugs etc , i myself do not have any problems apart from the sdk saying it is not available atm

edit: they still haven't fixed the bug where some times when spectating a player, his name does not show up.

How about you realise that there aren't nearly as many 'bugs' as you people seem to make out?

People with machines that are functioning properly aren't having any trouble at all and are happily updating and enjoying it. This is probably the reason why Valve aren't 'fixing' those bugs. It's because they exist only on your machine.

And don't give me the "there are loads of bugs!!oneonetwelve" crap. I'm sure there are bugs, but there's nothing that should stop them from adding content to a game for the (majority of) people who don't have a problem with the game.

Incidentally, the reason I don't go on the Steampowered forums is because they're full of ungrateful shits. Unfortunately, it overflows sometimes...

if you care to read my post again i have no probs with the game just the sdk , not a problem with my system and i have no probs with the sdk's for fear etc

I'm not sure why either. Maybe it pisses you off because you get disconnected from the server you were playing on and have to load tha game all over again. Just a guess.
