Updating Problem

Hey just askin if any of you guys have any problems updating for last few days when i try and open steam a message opens sayin "Steam-updating" then a few seconds on above the download bar appears a note saying "Error-Could not connect to steam network" could any please help me with this as it has been the case for about 4days now.

I've been trying to get this update that was released yesterday. It isn't working to well.

Darn, right when I had Steam working perfectly!

After 'quite some time' of it looking like it was doing nothing I finally got the update and so far it's seemed to be working pretty well today.

its not dling anything at all.. no flashy monitor action (you know, the lil icon at bottom of the screen).. it just says updating and does nothing at all

Well I haven't had to update anything which might mean that it dled when I wans't there.

oooh, harsh words from a simple minded pr!ck. I was merely saying that your post does not help us with this certain problem... I cant add anything to it because my update went very smoothly, but you on the other hand had to say that you think your steam updated itself because you werent there, im jsut trying to help the admins and mods out by sorting and trying to stop unnecessary spam when i see it. You on the other hand could be a little bit less childish and treat your concern with the grace that adults do.... if not, then go somewhere else and swear at people who actually take offence to simple minded shitheaded remarks, like your spitting out at me...



EDIT: if you want to continue this childish game then PM me, because i dont wnt to waste any more of this forums's bandwith on stupid posts like yours...
