Upgrade Question

Just wanted to know if I will see a big difference if I upgrade my videocard to a XFX6600GT AGP8x.

Current Specs:
AMD 2000+
512Ram
GeForce FX5200 128
AGP 4x Mobo
350W
80 gig hardrive

Will I see a big difference and do I need a new Powersupply?

The 6600GT is not a bad card, but you won't notice the major performance difference your hoping for, cos your cpu is then gonna be a bottleneck in your system.
Also the Card being 8x AGP is not going to be running at its best on your 4x agp board.
The psu will be ok, even 6800GT's only require a 300watt.
But you will notice some difference, so if you don't fancy sticking a better cpu in the board then get the card.
