Been wanting to upgrade my pc for a while, but been wanting to wait out the prices to get the best deal before going to uni.

However found this on ebuyer which looks like they have marked it low by accident.

So help me:

Is this :
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/prod...2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=83737
the same as this:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/MSI_Socket_939.html (top)

For ram, how important is the CL thing, ie would it be worth paying an extra £17 for a matched pair of CL2.5 rather than the cheaper CL3. How much performance difference would there be? Would it be better for overclocking?

Recomend a decent budget PCI-E graphics card?

Not decided what CPU i am going to get, but I would probably want to overclock it, however the things above decide whether I am going to upgrade yet.

I doubt that Ebuyer mobo info is correct. For one they call it the KN8 rather than its true name of the K8N. Secondly its woefully underpriced...

Still, if i bought it wouldnt they have to give me it for that price?

Anyone else lend a hand in answering my questions, please?

Um please give a budget.
Well its pretty expandable, but about £400 for motherboard, cpu, gfx card, memory.

But If I need to go over I can always drop the graphics card and stay with my current 9600Pro aslong as its not PCI-E.

Some hardware on my current PC is on its last legs too. One of my hard drives clicks; sometimes my pc just freezes but if I hit the side it starts again and the hard drive sounds like a skipping CD :/. Also if I hit my pc on the top, or say hit my leg on my desk it causes it to restart.

The biggest problem though is that I keep getting blue screens of death on XP which say HARDWARE MALFUNCTION and I need to restart, 2 programs that cause this the most are Newsleecher and Azereus so I assume its a network card (still crashes when turned off in bios) RAM (cheap ebuyer ram) motherboard hard drive or power supply.

And my monitor sometimes flickers pink or yellow and is a lot darkr than it was before. :/

So I am just planning to upgrade to a new PC and make a HTPC or something out of some of the leftovers of my old one.

Current PC:
EPoX 8K5A 2+ (has 2 dodgy ram slots)
AMD AthlonXP 2200+
512MB ebuyer brand RAM
3 Year old IBM Deskstar 80GB HD
1 Year old Western Digital 160GB HD
Sapphire Radion 9600Pro
Onboard sound
Onboard LAN
