Uplink/Phoenix Wright mix = Project Hacker: Kakusei (aka serious DS fun!!!)

If you are familiar with either of these two games, then you know how much fun they are. Now just imagine the two of them mixed together for a seriously intriguing romp! I really hope this makes it out of Japan!!!

I fail to see any real similiarities except both having 'hacking' in'em? I mean I saw the d00d writing in passwords and crap but Uplink had you buy and upgrade all these programs etc, besides, unless this is open-ended like Uplink, it doesn't really captivate my interest.. One thing so great about Uplink was all the things you could do..
I hacked into a bank and emptied several accounts off their money, transferring it to mine, then I hacked into the banks central computer and deleted the transfer logs etc, and did the same at my bank.

Well, there just aren't that many games out there that focus on that, so the comparison makes sense in that respect.

I agree. If this one is too linear and has the same puzzles with the same solutions in the same order and such, then there will be almost 0 replay value which would ruin the game for most I think. Hopefully the devs realize this and leave it open for whatever style or approach you choose....
