upload?

i'm getting an ADSL connection so i would like to ask you something!

i have diffrent options to choose from (concerning bandwidth):
i'm thinking of getting the cheapest which is:

1024 kbps download/256 kbps upload

this line is going to be divided in two, so then i would have:

512 kbps DL/128 kbps UL

i think that the download bandwidth will be enough to play CSS presuming that all the conditions are good, but what about upload will it be enough?
