I was playing shadowbane, talking on teamspeak with my guildmates. Well, all is going well, start to have some apparent connection issues. I tell my friends. I can't fight the monsters, but can talk back to them just fine. I restart my comp, and I cant log back in the game, or surf the web. I can't open any websites but this one on that i've tried, and can use teamspeak just fine, but cannot connect to any games or visit any other websites for some strange reason.
Is it just me, or did somebody else post something just like this in the past?
EDIT: Hmm, reading my ISP, and they have some news...
However, I haven't experienced an 'outage'. I'm experiencing a half and half connection deal where some things work and some don't. Is this normal? WTF gives!

Early Monday morning, October 18th, at 1AM we will be replacing our LayerOne border router with a new, faster router (Cisco 7206 VXR NPE-G1).
This maintenance window is necessary because we are seeing intermittent packet-loss and higher-than-expected latency through this router at times, and we believe the problem is related to CPU load on the router.
With no complications the outage may be as small as 5-10 minutes, but we are asking our customers to plan for a 30 minute outage.
