Ok, Mozilla just destroyed all my bookies (again!!!?) so I am now desperate.


If please you post here the most important sites you have in your bookies like forums, newsites, and some useful sites like WHOIS and sloperama.

I usually backup my bookmarks every couple of weeks:

Bookmarks >> Manage Bookmarks >> Tools >> Import/ Export

I forget to make a profile, and after a few months it suddenly remembers to direct me to the profile manager, that makes a new "default" profile and apparently anihilated my bookmarks.

You may be able to recover your old bookmarks if the bookmarks.html wasn't deleted or overwritten. Quite a large chance that it was though, as it probably replaced the profile directory with a new clean one. I'd advise trying a search on that filename anyway.

And back them up when you've got a sizeable list again

I've done more searches in the last 2 days than ever had. It's gone.
