Urgent: Need to convert images, stuck at school, program won't install

I'm finishing up my film assignment right now, but I just realized that a) I'm stuck here, and I don't have time to go home and get the stuff I need on my own, and b) I absolutely require those things in order for me to complete my project properly.

So I come to thee, halflife2.net, asking for your forgiveness and/or for one of you to take the files that I shall send to one of you, and convert them into JPEG format with whatever program you care to use (I used IrfanView at home).

This is really annoying, because not only can I not install IrfanView on the macs here at school (or any other image viewer/converter), I also decided to RAR the files, and I can't install WinRAR either! I can't even upload RAR files here, so if someone has an email address I can send it to, that would be great... I really need those images

Install Gimp and Unrarlib - Open source can always save you.

I'll look into those two, but I can't install anything at all, fullstop, on these school computers. Effectively, the entire drive is locked, save for creating media files on the desktop.

Ahh I see ... you got access to a burner? you could download knoppix and run it live from the CD. It comes with gimp and unrarlib already on the CD - you can do whatever you need to do without touching the HDD.

Anyhow, thanks for the help guys. Stern converted the images for me. If either of you ever need a menial task completed, that you're not able to complete due to unlikely circumstances, you know where to look!
