...and the US doesn't seem to care..... -_-;;

Central Daily said:
A wreckage of a USFK (US Forces in Korea) Blackhawk helicopter was found in Gyeongi Province by two hikers yesterday. The wreck contained a black box, a machine gun, and a helmet, which is presumed to be the pilot's. The hemet had the inscription: "AUG E FLECKER".

But no reports of a downed military helicopter by both US and ROK forces were made in the past decade.

And the wreck is only a few years old. CONSPIRACY!

They didn't even recover it..... Or say anything, in fact.

God put it there.

I mean, he did do that with fossils about 6000 years ago. So that seems likely.

How do they know the wreckage is only a few years old?

'Cause its a newer version of the blackhawk..... IIRC.

And alll the other crashes were recovered.

I would ask for a link but doubtless it is in Korean yeah...

I'm not too knowledgable on the Korean conflict....any Yanks still in South Korea?

Am tempted to say it is a Special Forces mission gone bad..but i thought the US tended to destroy this kinda evidence...

yes......

About 30,000 US troops. They're the ones that act as a 'tripwire', so that the Northerners can't attack without retribution.

Maybe it is..... hmmm.

Grr, damn Koreans! :P

If it was one of those then surely it would have made the press before hand and as such the US would have recovered the wreckage...

hmm

Maybe it was the biozeminades? :borg:

Sorry, I thought I cleaned that up...

Hmmmm...... Wonder who AUG E FLECKER is...

Danimal!?

The award honors the memory of First Lieutenant Norman T.S. Flecker, a 1996 UVA graduate and UH-60L Blackhawk Pilot, who died in a crash in the Republic of Korea on June 30th, 1998.

That fits the description, I guess..... but why leave the heli there?

they're obviously spies ....either that or they were so drunk they forgot where they parked the helicoptor

I wouldn't be suprised if there wasn't SEALs/Special Forces in that helicopter, which is one of the reason why they wouldn't say anything about it.

Please, every post I read from you has to do with sarcasticly blaming God of something. Like God turning your light switch on because he is pissed at you. You seem to have some sort of obsession with him. Worse, you make jabs at people who talk about God in a positive light.

Anyhow, just because it isnt documented, doesn't mean the US doesn't care. Could have easily been a covert op eh?

Seriously, **** the rest of this thread, that was awesome. Well played.

The crash was documented. There are no bodies.

More than likely they were evac'd from the crash and the helo was hard to get to...it is possible that it has slid down the slope in the past 8 years to a location where hikers discovered it...

Well... Mabye it was my toy heli... explains where its gona after these ****ing 6000 years!

I miss my toy heli... man, that thing was the bomb. I got it from Santa and everything :(
