Use half life 2 sounds in a flash?

is there a way of getting all the ingames sound fx out of the game so that i can use them as sound fx in my flash. ive looked ever where for them but can only find the ones i have downloaded from servers like the funny homer simpson ones and the quakes ones. if any one know please tell me thanks.?:E

Download GCFscape and use it to open one of the half life 2 sound GCF files and extract the sounds you want.
