Using PhotoRealistic Texture pack

Yes i nkow this is a nubby question, but i searched and searched, and couldnt find an awnser. I downloaded the photorealistic text pack, (its hreat). Its filled with all of those JPEGS, but i just dont know where to put them so hammer will see them! Help please!

The way I would do it:

Convert them all to TGA's. Download "vtex", do a search to find where to download this, it will convert the TGA's to a format that HL2/Hammer can read.

But my question is how do i egt hammer to read them? is there a perticular foldeR? And i think you can use them as jpegs....
