UT 2004 DEMO: super weapon

this is one of the four super weapons in the game. many of u will have allready used it, but seeing as it only spawns every 5 mins usually only the ppl who actually know about it get it, leaving the "n00bs" to wonder where the hell that big orange explosion came from.

on onslaught mode, get into the raptor and fly to the huge tower in the middle. There is amazing armour and one of four super weapons in the game. the redeemer... ever seen a huge orange superblast but had no idea wtf it was and where it came from? thats the redeemer. the gun has one bullet and spawns every 5 mins or so... use it well. i took 1/4 health off the power core... it harms all.
if ur about to win use it on a suicide run... jusmp out a raptor above the base, fall down and just when ur about to hit the power core BOOOOOOOOOMMMMMmmmm!!!!!! youve won and your limbless character is hurled skywards in tryumph smoking fire.

That's the autonomous fighter mentioned on the site that can be shot down--you call it in, it dodges fire, drops bombs, and shit hits the proverbial fan. Good stuff!

I do, but you need to use the translocator to get it.
It's found next to a shield pack(+50)

yeah, it looks incredible, and when it says deployed, it doesnt mean when its moving, its talking about when the whole thing opens up and does the redeemer blast thingy. if you dont know what im talking about, watch the ut2k4 vehicles trailer. it shows it deploying at the end

I wish theyd cross breed C+C generals with unreal toniment. U have 2 teams of 5-10 or something, then u all agree on tactics and order squads / units about in a turned base fashion. after both teams have taken their moves u get to go in and accompany the squads wherever they go, helping them. And if that means hopping in a fighter plane and plunging head first into the enemys base on a suicide mission with a giant nuke strapped to your belly with supporting comanches and raptors covering ur ass then so be it. OOOOHHHH id love that!!! especially when u get to the REALL BIG super weapons.... he... he... he....
