uTorrent full skins?

So a fellow anon posted this screenshot of his uTorrent UI and i was wondering how you go about changing it like this? I did a search and found skins for it, but they only change a few icons and buttons, not the whole UI.

So does anyone here know how i can completely change the colors of uTorrent?

I don't even know why you would want it to look like that. And as far as my research tells me, only buttons and indicators are skinnable.

That's not a skin, that is simple changing of windows UI colors, which you can do here:

Right click desktop > Properties > Appearance > Advanced

And you can change the colors of most everything.

Though I have no idea why you would want to do this, because that screenshot looks like total shit and so will anything you can come up with unless you have very good taste which you clearly don't.

I just want all UI on my computer to be completely black, with white font on the text. My eyes are very sensitive and i sit at my computer for about...well...all day except for when i sleep. So i have brightness at 0 and i have everything that can be black as black as possible.

Ok, well, you'll need to get a black XP theme first, if you want to keep the attractive XP styling (taskbar and window title bars). But everything else should be changeable in that dialogue I showed you in my post.

Im using windows 7, so everything is pretty much black except for a few certain things. The problem is that the font color effects ALL text across all programs, so the programs that have white color get white text, so i cant see shit

Heres an example. The applications that are effected by the black color works fine. However, those who dont get effected by the black color, still gets effected by the font color (which i change to white to fit the black color), and thats were the problem occurs.

So i really just need to find skins for each application i use, but thats sometimes impossible. Or i could just change the font to Red or Green, but that shit gets annoying after a while.
