After last year's success with the first ever Dota 2 professional tournament titled 'The International' staged at Gamescom, it will be returning this year but at PAX Prime.
The tournament moves to Benaroya Hall in Seattle, WA during the PAX Prime event from August 31st through to September 2nd. It will involve the 16 most elite Dota teams competing in a group stage, double elimination playoff format for the $1 million grand prize.
If you can't get the weekend off work then don't worry because the tournament will be broadcast in multiple languages for free on the Dota 2 International website. Incidentally that is also where you can go to keep up with the teams being added to the tournament roster, currently including returning Ukrainian champions Na'Vi and DK from China.
