Overpriced P4s and Atholons don't overclock well compared to their dirt cheap counterparts. No overclocker really cares if their cpu lasts for more than a year, it'll be way too slow for them by then. Don't knock overclocking.

What kind of cooling have you got on that 2.8c P4boy?
