Valve, pay attention

It would be great if Valve would address this issue. I am not the only one who is experiencing this, and I'm sure we would all appreciate it if you fixed the error that is causing many of us to not be able to play for more than 30 minutes at a time.

I have encolsed a screen shot to show you EXACTLY what the problem is. This happened to me about 3 minutes ago.

yeah ive had that before. Go offline on friends, should help when you are playing source for starts.

I knew I would get some childish response like this. I'm glad for you that you don't experience this bug, but there are people that do, if your mind can wrap around that. Please keep your useless comments to yourself.

Because VALVe support dosent really read these forums.

No I have not. I am not familiar with the support ticket. I do know, however, that people from Valve DO in fact read these forums.

If that doesn't help, then you'll need to use the "ASK A QUESTION" section on that page. That really will get Valve's attention as we are not Valve.

Not frequently, SteamPowered is where you want to get support from.

Bare in mind that Valve's support pages are actually hosted by a third party called www.custhelp.com (by RightNow Solutions).

Thanks for not being a dick. Funny I have to actually thank you for that.

Now, most of the items on that checklist have been done, and to be honest, I really don't think doing them all will be of much help. I don't experience a problem like this in any other game I run and I shouldn't even have to tweak the crap out of my computer to get a single program to run correctly. This is an issue that needs to be addressed once and for all by Valve.

Open a ticket then, if there is a problem their end, the only way they'll realise that is by people telling them through the correct channels. The correct channels is through their support page
