I wanted to purchase that neat HL2: DM shirt yesturday and when I got to the Review & Submit part of the process it said that my brother's credit card was denied for fraud. I thought it was some sort of glitch or somthing or that I put the information wrong. When I did it again, making sure all the informnation was right, it said the same exact same thing. So, it happening twice, and for fraud of all things, I just gave up and didn't try anymore.
Well, my mom works at a bank and I told her what it said and she was going to check what the deal was. It turns out it charged the card, which is a debit card too, twice. I got mad and checked the store and it said I had placed no orders with my account. So I went to the steampowered support and I found this help link. It seems to answer the question but not fully. Since its a debit card, and can be used as a credit card, will it cancel the charge? Because it only charged, it didn't order two.
Sorry for the lengthliness but I just want to make sure I don't owe my brother $40+ bucks and get no shirt(s).
