Vampire Bloodlines release in october possible?

could it be possible that vampire:bloodines can meet its october release date (whenever it was suppose to be) because cs:s will be out next week?
im just hoping so but I'm thinking since cs:s is only available via steam maybe Vampires will have to wait.
just want your opinion i guess.
