Vehicle model help

I created a skateboard model a while ago and used a tutorial to set it up for vehicle animations (the tutorial at h l 2 w o r l d). when i compile the map it crashes without letting me even see it. does anybody know of any good vehicle animation tutorials? thanx a ton

It would be better if there was a fully working sample Max file of a car for HL2.
