Talkin bout VeriSign & their "Security"... I discovered that VeriSign has recently made their CRL server open to the public - or they have all along and I did not know it.
(The URL is http://crl.verisign.com)
If they shut this down, I did manage to copy the ~4MBs worth of CRLs (69 total).
What is the purpose of a .CRL file and what do they enable the person that uses them to do?
