Unless you're worried about blowing it with too much power, I'd say any reasonable wattage - it'll just run slowly with too little juice. Damn. Is this for OC lol?

The wattage of the fan should be somewhere on the motor. If not, go to an automotive supply shop and ask to see the package of a replacement fan for the car.

If you still cant find the wattage after that, your boned.
