video card fan problem.

video card: gecube 9800 pro 128mb [it is basically an xt, but i won't explain that] - 5 months old.

a few days ago, it started making 'a sound.' it's a little hard to explain, it's kind of similar to when your hard drive is 'working very hard,' except it is coming from the fan which is 'in' my heatsink.

i can't take it back until tuesday, because of public holidays and whatnot and i've cleaned it out.

so, any idea what's causing this ?

get new fan, check for artifacts, u flahed it? get cooler master rev 4 for the best

came with xt bios already flashed :/

no artifacts.

and i'm goign to either get a new fan as you said, or see if i can get the video card replaced.
