Video Card Help on AGP 4x

My brother want to know of a good ATi card that will use an AGP slot and run around $150.

Hes getting the card just to play HL2 so if you know of any good ones that fall in his criteria just post it. If you know of a site on the net post a link to the exact product if you can.
