Just looking for an opinion on video cards.

What's the best one out now for best visuals and fps that has a reasonable cost...one I can buy for under 200 bones? and can handle the new games like Halo and HL2

I would actually wait. I just upped my mobo, chip and WAS going to get a new video card. Could not find the one I was looking for at a show and come to find out HL2 is delayed. Wait order online bout week b4 game hits shelfs. You will save probably 50$ especially when the 9800XT comes around.
