video codecs

Ok.. I just reformated my comp and I went to www.opsgear.com and wanted to view there video clips but I think I am missing Codecs. I downloaded Divx but still no go. I can get audio but no video. any ideas?

It looks like it uses WMV files. Use windows update and get the newest version of Windows Media Player.

If that doesn't work here is a list of other codecs and packs.
Here's a tip, don't install a codec unless you need it. They can cause issues if you select all the codecs from a pack.

Get the ace mega codecs pack, it has just about everything you need. If you have difficulties playing some videos it may be that the file has become corrupted on it's journey accross the internet. Grab bsplayer it's superior in many ways to window media player, especially at playing corrupted videos.
