Video Error Question

Almost everytime I play any of the half-life games I'll end up with my computer completely freezing up to this screen.



I finally got a webcam shot of it from my GF's laptop but thats the extent of me finding a solution.

Compy Specs:
Pentium 4, 3.2GHz
1GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 6800 GT

Erm...I can't remember what else could possibly effect it but any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have checked the Support at the main site but I failed to find anything that sounded like my problem.

seems like my problem but i dont get that sorta screen, it just freezes straight up. still tryin to fix it dude, so no help yet.

i found that if i run it windowed it doesn't freeze up

well atleast hasn't yet

mess around with ur gpu settings, latest drivers?

come to find out that screened mode is only a temp fix...

ive changed my video settings to many different configs none worked that well...latest drivers as well...

but im havin the problem again with HL2 and WoW now...
