Video Problems, with error logs please help

Ok I got the game working. Now when I load the game there are lots of white box's around things.

When I check the diagnostics console i have tons of
*** Tried to load a non-VTF file as a VTF file!
over and over again for differant things

and

Error: material "effects/slime1" uses unknown shader "vmt"

Over and over for differant stuff.

Please help!
