Vietnam craze – will Half-Life join up?

As a big fan of Full Metal Jacket I am not surprised that I am asking myself this question. Will the next big mod be Nam? So far the game industry had produces so many Nam games that it literally has flooded the market. The release of Battlefield Vietnam by EA, Shellshock Nam ’67 by Eidos Interactive and many others the Nam trend is without doubt here but for how long. My question for you is will the next big Half-Life mod be Nam.

I agree, we need more games based on Piglet. Like... The Piglet Scrolls. Sid Meiers: Piglets!. Chronicles Of Piglet. Piglets Of The Old Republic. Piglet Of Fortune. Piglet: Total War. Evil Piglet. Dungeon Piglet. And of course Age Of Piglet.

I hope not. Half-life 2 doesnt do outdoors too well. I would like to see a Far cry or S.T.A.L.K.E.R nam mod, though.

There haven't been many good nam games... EoD is the only one I can think of offhand, and it was a mod.


Anyway, it's not a vietnam game, but my mod is set around the same time-ish. (well, earlier...) Cold War: Melting Point
