Vingard is a single-player mod for the yet-to-be-released game Half-Life 2. It will feature a great soundtrack, new graphics, models, artwork and maps.
Set in an isolated mining village in northern iceland during 1983, a young man starts a new life when he signs on to work at the small coal mine. The village, based in what used to be a small medieval-era city, sleeps in the shadow of an old castle. This city, once thriving, grew near empty when the keepers of the castle left for reasons uknown. Now a small close-knit community welcomes the newcomer into their lives.
600 years after they left, the keepers are back, and the castle intends to not let them leave.
I've just uploaded the website, and besides lacking some info and pictures, its pretty much done, other than the occasional updates. http://vingard.nahallan.com/index.php
Now for help with the mod, I'm looking for modelers to mainly help with making the human characters. You must be able to do high-res characters, to or near the quality of the HL2 characters... More Info here
