Vista themes

Ok, so I found a bunch of themes to change the way vista looks. I never really bothered with it before, but now I'm a bit tired of the way everything looks. Only one problem. I don't know how to install them. Anyone got any help for me?

EDIT: Or is it even advisable?

I mean, how do I install them. I got them from http://www.myvistathemes.com/

A couple of them had instructions that said to modify some files in system32.

I know this is an old post. But if your still looking into it you need to install VistaGlazz

Took care of it about 3 hours after that last post. Although, it freaked out and I can't use the themes anymore.... Oh well. Triple booting now, if I want a change then I just switch to a different OS.
