Voice chat

I dunno if its just me but I find trying to play the game and pressing V kinda awkward. Is there anyway to set it up so that its auto pushes V whenever the mic is in use? Kinda like the setup in L4D.

I make mine Q...has been Q since the good ol' days of CS. I've tried using Q as the "Lastinv" button..but I seem to be quicker, oddly, by hitting 1, 2 or 3.

Use Mouse 3, it just sits doing nothing for me...

I always use "V," and I have no reason why. Just habit. I suppose Mouse 3 would work as well.

I've used C since the womb. That's why L4D is so awesome, the voice chat button was automatically C and I didn't need to change anything.

Q, V, Middle mouse are pretty ubiquitous keys for voice chat.

I use "F". Right next to the WASD keys. No stretching the fingers to talk.

I've always pressed mouse three but i've been thinking about changing to mouse 3 after this thread.

Since I got a microphone around the time this thread appeared, I used mouse three. Which works very, very well. Better than the open mic in L4D.
