Voice file access / exporting

I'm working on a special track featuring some of the best one-liners and voice overs done in the game, and I was wondering how I can get access and export the individual character's voice files (as .wav or mp3s, any way I can play it back and edit it really). I used a Pak explorer for HL1, but HL2's stuff doesn't quite work that way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!!
