Vote count under way in Iraq

Looks like it's sure to pass. Major progress.

But I wonder if it had failed to pass, even though that'd be a major setback it probably might have been positive too, Sunnis would be like "Whoa so this whole voting thing does work?" But not enough people agreed with them.

Luckily they can ammend it later so it's good for them too.
 
Except for the insurgents causing a blackout apparantly... but I dont know much about that, and that doesnt really count as violence. Yes, it's good to see some progress come from this.

Hell, if we can easily fix elections here, what makes us think that we can't fix it over there too. :p

We'll see what happens. I've also heard reports that certain groups are upset about this vote and are now threatening eachother. Some suspect that civil war will rise out of all this. :|

I think that you guys don't really want to face reality. As much as I would love Iraq to become stable I can see the reality that it wont for a very long time. This consitution could make it worse.
