Well I saw this tutorial a while ago and followed it, and it went fine back then. But today I tried to make another spray and for some reason when I started the .bat it says
problem figuring out outputdir for hl2/materialsrc/Counter
(counter.tga is the name of the file)
And I tried redownloading it and downloading it from different places too but it still would not work. It also doesn't work for any of my old tga's anymore. Could this have anything to do with the fact that recently I installed the source SDK?
