VTEX Problem

i have followed the exact instruction from many spray making tutorials and i get the same problem, i go to convert into the .vtf and it comes up with "Problem figuring out outputdir for hl2/materialsrc/sprays/" please help!!

I had/have this problem as well when I tried to convert a new cs:s spray. I temporarily fixed it by deleting the VProject environment variable that I had set when the sdk was released to make the other modstuff work. Vtex worked fine after that, so I converted the spray and put the VProject var back in place.

Quite a hassle, but it works. This is all using a seperately downloaded VTEX, like you're probably using (looking at the outputdir). The one included with the sdk gives me a completely different error, but that might be related to the VProject var as well.
