I know this is quite unsupported, but not sure if it is legal, even though the SDK has been released, but regardless, I've been having some troubles with it. When trying to bring a VTF file into TGA, nothing happens, at all. I have Visual Basic RunTime installed and Microsoft .NET 1.1, yet nothing happens. I put all the VTF files into 'materialsrc' and then 'sprays', click VTF to TGA, yet it doesn't work. All that comes up is the command prompt for only a brief second. Does anyone here know how to fix this problem? Any feedback would be appreciated...

There are no tools in the SDK yet to convert a VTF to a TGA I believe, only TGA to VTF.

wow if i understood half of that i wouldn't feel dumb like i do right now...
