ISDN typically much worse than DSL but still alot better than 56k.

I have ISDN satelite. It's like dial-up times 2. It's good for downloading flashes for watching them and stuff, but you cannot use it for gaming.

I know your excitement. We just got Cable internet here where I live 4 months ago. What the cool thing is though... we only have... 8,000 people, most older people (live in a resort/tourist town), so there's really no market for it here, yet they came. BUT I'M NOT COMPLAINING.

I guess you're right on the latter, but CS' is just so large. It's like, it's got a small portion of smart/not stupid people, as opposed to most games having a small portion of idiots/12 year olds.
