ok well it's saying that wal-mart uses tax payer money to subsidize building of new wal-mart stores and that through this loophole has managed to become the world's largest corporation with next to no risk at all ...since you the tax payer were paying for their expansion, any loss wouldnt come out of Wal-mart's pocket but rather the tax payers

Wal-Mart has never had morals, and has always been the bane of American existence. Why is this news? It's easier to uncover dirt about wal-mart on the internet than it is to find pictures of naked women.

Oh yeah, I never shop at wal-mart.
