I think alot of you know about this video already but I though it would be good to inform thoes who don't.

This video talks about real-time shaders and alot of things you can do to begin working on a mod even before the SDK ships.

Quite nice. I just wish I had a better knowledge of the Softimage program. I'll have to give this a try with 3DSM which I'm certainly more accustomed to.
