Sorry, but I don't belive, since not even Valve has a fixed release date. But they probably have a date that they are shooting for right now, but nothing that they would make public.

Rule of thumb: WE almost always know much more than the stores until the game is truly about to be released and they get actual shipping dates (usually within a month of the release date). Since this date is at least two months away, it's almost certainly worthless to us.
