wanna learn japanese?

Well it's got something about learning Chinese, that will be good for me thanks.
Not too fussed about learning Japanese though.
 
I just love anime fans who see Japan as some kind of heaven on earth...

I would like to visit japan myself to see there robotic fatorys (Allthough I doubt Id be aloud in) and to see old temples, same for China. Cant say I would be interested in learning Japanase though.
 
well if ya wanna go to Japan ya atleast have to know the basics did I mention the programm reads to you?

This is so true also. However i must say Origami being from Japan? i dunno but its fantastic...so well done to them.
 
What is the name of the software? I've always wanted to learn Japanese. I might move there some day.

I wouldn't call 35 years of colonial rule, massaacres, forced labor, biological experiments without morphine, ect. "bitter".

I know a lot of Chinese people who feel the same. Japan is like the all time worst nation in their eyes. But in a way, the Japanese helped the Communists get to power.
It doesn't make it any better when the Japanese PM frequently visits a warshrine honouring war criminals though.
So have they actually made a proper apology yet? (I know they "regreted" their actions a few times, but stopped short of a full apology to the involved nations).

Their government have a responsibility to set things straight with their neighbours though.

The Germans repented (or whatever you call it), denounced Nazism and seeked the forgiveness of their neighbours and victims.

The Japanese did no such thing. And their is a lot of glory associated with their military history still.

Of course it's not the people's fault, but the government have a responsibility to teach them the awfulness of the past and prevent it from happening again.

:laugh: You say that as if it's a positive or redeeming consequence. Cultural Revolution's slaughters and offenses is in no way a good thing.
 
I have friends who study Japanese but I don't. So I have to watch fansubbed animes for now.

Well it wasn't entirely in context I admit. The cultural revolution was not much better, but the Chinese have a (selective) long memory, they won't forget the Japanese. Neither will the Koreans, the Malaysians, Indonesians and many others across asia and the Pacific.
I have heard people in China call the cultural revolution the "cultural r-evil-ution"

But their goverment could stop the worshipping of war criminals and ect.

Things like these are hard to forgive, much less forget.

learn chinese, the most used language in the world. if you don't want to learn japanese.
