Some people really deserve the warnings, like Watermelon.

The staff has to be able to take some kind of disceplinary action,. personally I think the warnings are a bit weak as they hardly act as a deterant. Temp bans are more in order.

I got warned twice and I honestly think I should of been banned for 30 days. (If you don't know what happened, go to some threads in off-topic :|)
