GameTap is that on-demand gaming service by Time Warner... I used to beta test for it, and it's pretty damn cool.

If you want to be a tester go to the site:

Well one thing to note is that first of all when you sign up for beta testing, when you get accepted they give you a free account, so you would need to enter all of the info you would normally give to sign-up, but you won't get charged, I promise.

It's really fun actually to play games of like Joust and then decide you want to play Splinter Cell You can just jump generations of games!

this may be completely random, but do you see under "my gametap" where you can make alt accounts? I really want gametap but do not want to pay for it, could you make me an alt account? it's like $60 for a year

that's just a bit more than a full game but you get like 800 instead (given a lot are crap, but there are a ton of good ones too)
