want to upgrade bronze to silver!

I bought the bronze version of hl2 from steam about a month ago. still then i want to upgrade but in the browse games part it says "at the moment olnly one hl2 offer may be purchased per steam account". im asking if steam ever going to let people upgrade their games later on? because i dont want to spend another $50 on silver. also why doesnt steam let anyone to upgrade? dont they want to earn more money? :hmph:

I think Valve will eventually let you upgrade. For now though, you have to make another steam account and buy another copy.

as i said before i dont want to pay extra money, just 10 dollars more to upgrade thats it! when r they going to let people upgrade?
