I will use this thread to ask for feedback on ideas planned for the mod, we plan to base much of the mod from support from the community. We have come accross a problem and ask everyone for some help!

Working on the hud and I came accross a problem: How to inform the player that
a. player is hit
b. player is bleeding
c. player has a status effect on him

So far I came up with this but I would appreciate some feedback of other ideas to make it feel more like the west.

Here is the damage/status/bleeding plan currently planned. We need a hud image to match. Any help will be very appreciated.
HEALTH and DAMAGE
In Wanted: Outlaws and Lawmen Hit points (HP) will work differently than in other mods. When shot, depending on where and with what, players will not take all of the damage at once. Some shots will cause some of the damage to be instant and some to be over time. Also, depending on where they are shot they may have to deal with different statuses put on them. Here is a list of the areas and how it will work:

Head: All instant
Neck: 25% instant, 75% DOT Over 10 Seconds, 100% Chance Neck Status
Heart: All instant
Upper Chest Not Heart: 75% instant, 25% DOT Over 10 Seconds
Stomach: 50% Instant, 50% DOT Over 15 Seconds
Arms Not Hands: 50% Instant, 50% DOT Over 10 Seconds, 50% Chance Arm Status
Hands: All Instant, 100% Chance Arm Status
Groin: 75% instant, 25% DOT Over 10 Seconds
Upper Legs: 50% instant, 50% DOT Over 15 Seconds, 50% Chance Leg Status
Knees to Feet: 75% instant, 25% DOT Over 10 Seconds, 100% Chance Leg Status

Neck Status: If a player is shot in the neck they will have Neck Status. Neck status causes them to become nearly incapacitated for 10 seconds. They can walk at 50% speed but cannot shoot, their hands to up to their neck to hold it and try and prevent further blood loss. After 10 seconds the DOT is over and they are back to normal.
Arm Status: If a player is shot in the arms they may have Arm Status. This will cause them to be unable to shoot for two seconds if caused by an arm shot, four if hand. After this they will return to normal
Leg Status: If a player is shot in the legs they may have Leg Status. This will cause them to be unable to jump and their movement speed will be lowered by 25% for 10 seconds. After this they will return to normal.
