For some time now i've been writing on the concept document for this mod and I somehow would like some more comments & criticism about it.

Perhaps this could start a discussion on how to write a concept document, what to concentrate on, level of detail, how to lure mod artists with your ideas and so on...
PS: I realize it already is a 25 site read, that only 50% of it are actually written and that my grammar and orthography may be a litte unorthodox, but please bear with that...
